Today we reach an exciting female tipping point. Women the world over, from all backgrounds and beliefs, are raising their voices in unison. To this beautiful chorus, let us add the voice of the 40+ woman, and bring awareness of woman in her second chapter... her vitality, strength, contribution, intelligence and beauty. Let us create a culture that enriches the lives of the 40+ woman of today and tomorrow. We contribute. We are alive with possibility. We are key to making a difference. The world is noticing.
